Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – Bruce Chen-jung Hung, Representative of the Taipei Economic and Trade office (TETO) in Indonesia, has noted that over the past decades, Sudaut Pandang Media has become one of Indonesia's important media platforms.

 The Taipei Economic and Trade office was deeply grateful for the support of Sudut Pandang Media and congratulated the media, Bruce Chen-jung Hung said in a video remark during the celebration of 11th anniversary of Sudut Pandang Media here on Thursday (Sept. 3).  

“It's truly and honor to join you in celebrating the 11th anniversary of Sudut Pandang Media. This media has been making professional reporting,” he said.

Sudut Pandang Media is an Indonesian press organization and online news portal operating under the auspices of PT Majalah Sudut Pandang which is  PT Majalah Sudut Pandang is a press company or legal entity that publishes the print media Majalah Sudut Pandang and the online media Sudutpandang.id.

On the same event, the mass media’s editor-in-chief, Ummi Syarifah, said eleven years represents more than just a number as it signifies a journey built upon perseverance, integrity, and trust.

Under the theme ‘11 Years of Uniting Perspectives, Strengthening National Unity,’ Sudut Pandang remains committed to delivering accurate, balanced, and responsible journalism, while serving as a platform for enlightening ideas, she noted.

This 11th anniversary also serves as an opportunity to strengthen bonds, bring together diverse perspectives, and honor those who have made significant contributions through the Sudut Pandang Award 2026.

“On behalf of the entire Sudut Pandang family, we extend our gratitude to all invited guests for your presence, trust, and support. May Sudut Pandang continue to grow, uphold the trust placed in us, and bring meaningful value to the community, she said..

During the event, Sudut Pandang Media also organized a seminar with moderator Aat Surya Safaat who is the Indonesian Journalists Association’s Journalist Competency Test Director.

The event also featured speakers Dr. Susilo Lestari who is Deputy Chairperson of the Central Executive Board of the Indonesian Advocates Association, Noor Puspita Sari who is Head of the Sub-directorate for the Maintenance of Land and Spatial Rights at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, Dr. Selamat Lumban Gaol who is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the Marsekal Suryadarma Aerospace University, and Dr. Maruarar Siahaan, a Constitution Judge.
