World pilgrims’ experiences told in “Mashair”

Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – The journey of performing Hajj and Umrah always constitutes a touching and happy story for every Muslim.

The experiences and feelings of pilgrims from all over the world when they arrive in the holy land of Makkah to perform Hajj and Umrah can now be watched in a series of film

titled “Mashair” which was recently launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Ayman bin Mohammed Al-Arfaj, general supervisor of the media center at the ministry, said that “Mashair” aims to highlight the efforts of Saudi Arabia and its citizens in serving the guests of Allah ﷻ, Arab News reported as quoted by Indonesia Window here on Sunday.

According to him, “Mashair” is an expression of the efforts of the ministry in improving the quality of services provided to pilgrims and visitors in cooperation with partners and other governmental agencies.

The ministry began featuring the first episodes of the program on its official Twitter account, which featured Sarhouda Stiti, an Algerian lady who fulfilled her dream of performing Umrah for the first time this year.
