Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – A total of 70,113,618 Indonesians have received the full doses of the COVID-19 vaccines as of Wednesday afternoon (Oct. 27), according to data from the COVID-19 Task Force.

The number included 983,496 people who received two shots of the COVID-19 vaccines on the same day.

Meanwhile, 1,155,423 people have received the first doses of the vaccines against the new coronavirus, bringing the total to 115,502,524 recipients.

The data also showed that 3,076 health workers have received booster doses or the third doses of the COVID-19 vaccines, bringing the total number to 1,113,399 people.

The government targets to vaccinate 208,265,720 people in the fourth most-populated country in the world to form herd immunity.
