Saudi Arabia opens naturalization for extraordinary talented people

Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – Under the 2030 Vision that will make Saudi Arabia the heart of the Arab and Islamic worlds as well an investment powerhouse, and connect three continents, the kingdom government needs people with extraordinary talents and works.

In order to attract creative people from all over the world to live in Saudi Arabia, the Guardian of the Two Holy Mosque King Salman has ordered to facilitate the naturalization process for extraordinary talented foreigners, Sabq daily reported as quoted by Saudi Gazette.

King Salman’s order included granting Saudi citizenship to talented people around the world who excel in various fields.

Those nominated for citizenship could be respectable and creative people from displaced tribes in Saudi Arabia, children of Saudi women, and people born in Saudi Arabia who fulfil the said conditions.

The naturalization facility also applies to scientists, scholars, creative people, and leading experts in such fields as Sharia, medical, sciences, cultures, sports, and technology.

The invitation to become a citizen of Saudi Arabia also applies to those who have excellent expertise in forensic science, medical science, pharmacology, mathematics, computers, agriculture, nuclear and renewable energy, the oil and gas industry, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, applications, big data, software engineering, robotics, high-performance computers, nanotechnology, environment, water desalination, mining, geology, aerospace and aviation.

Those who are excellent in their respective fields are expected to become productive Saudi citizens and contribute to the development of the kingdom, as well as supporting and enhancing Saudi people’s abilities by transfer of knowledge.
