While receiving requests at any time through the “Qareeboon” app, whether via text or voice, a team of well-trained psychologists as well as staff with experience in the field of mental health at the center provide counseling, maintaining confidentiality.

The center said that the consultations received during the past period were related to several psychological disorders, including fear, anxiety, stress, and depression, in addition to other psychological problems.

Through this step, the center seeks to facilitate access to counseling so as to mitigate the impacts of psychological issues on society, especially those related to the coronavirus pandemic, such as general anxiety, stress, depression, and other psychological disorders.
