Al-Sudais launches initiative makers program to serve Hajj pilgrims

Al-Sudais who stated that this initiative is the largest in the history of the presidency also announced an award for the best initiative in this regard, in order to motivate the makers of initiatives in the creative competitiveness.

 

Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – His Excellency the General President of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, has announced the launch of the General Presidency’s Makers Program.

This initiative serves those who come to the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj this year. It is considered the largest and most massive in the history of the Presidency.

The initiative aims to motivate and enhance the service of the message of the Two Holy Mosques based on tolerance and moderation, and to communicate it to the world.

Al-Sudais who stated that this initiative is the largest in the history of the presidency also announced an award for the best initiative in this regard, in order to motivate the makers of initiatives in the creative competitiveness.

The Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques was keen to launch these two initiatives during the current Hajj season.

It is keeping pace with the tremendous development witnessed by the operational Presidency system and its full readiness to receive millions of pilgrims.

More than 200 specific initiatives will be launched according to the operational plan for the current Hajj season.

The initiative makers program in the service of those who come to the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj this year is the best initiative award, and the initiative makers in creative competitiveness are the first of the initiatives that will follow soon.

The program aims to provide distinguished services to serve the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God in all services provided by the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.

It aims to motivate innovators and to find qualitative initiatives and programs aiming to provide the best and finest services provided to the guests of Rahman and to serve the pilgrims for Hajj this year 1444 AH.

Sheikh Al-Sudais explained that excellence and creativity are the effective tools invested by the Presidency in the service of the Two Holy Mosques.

This resulted in distinguished outputs through which positive breakthroughs were achieved, which were clearly reflected on the ground.

The use of smart technology, artificial intelligence, sterilization robots and Zamzam, as well as guiding robots, highlighted the scientific and advocacy role of the Two Holy Mosques and spread their lofty message.

The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has not only strived to embody quality, excellence and creativity, but also to spread the culture of excellence, interact with Vision 2030, and strengthen creative practices that take into account developments in global service excellence.

This comes in accordance with the standards of quality and transparency in the administrative and field work system, in addition to raising the readiness of the services provided to the pilgrims of the Two Holy Mosques based on plans and programs that achieve the strategic goals that the Kingdom seeks to achieve.

Sheikh Al-Sudais emphasized the Kingdom’s pioneering role in spreading and promoting a culture of peace, tolerance, and adherence to moderate values.

In order to reach operational efficiency that achieves the goals of its development plan (2024) and the blessed vision, it aims to improve services directed to all categories of destinations.

It also aims to empower women and youth, maximize technology and operational excellence to raise the quality of services to achieve the highest levels of services for pilgrims of the Two Holy Mosques, enhance creativity and leadership, measure impact to raise the level of performance, enhance strengths and creativity, and improve outputs.
