Mehravar, who received an emergency call on February 28, gave important medical instructions to the woman’s husband, which enabled him to help his wife and save her and her baby’s life.

Meanwhile, heavy snowfall prevented ambulances from reaching them.

Mehravar’s voice of compassion as she guided his husband went viral on social media, and captured the hearts of netizens.

When the husband managed to make the baby cry by following Mehravar’s guidance, the dispatcher’s emotions overwhelmed him and he cried, celebrating the moment with his colleagues.

According to the head of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Babol, the lives of the baby and its mother were in danger because the baby did not cry at birth and the placenta had not yet come out.

The mother and baby were then transferred to hospital after paramedics managed to reach them with great difficulty, and with the help of vehicles from the Road Maintenance and Transport Organization and the Iranian Red Crescent Society.
