Responding to the situation, the Director of the Foundation for Friendship and Civilization Studies in Indonesia, Dr. Ahed Abu Al-Atta, Thursday, emphasized that what was spread by these media were lies and narratives deliberately spread by Israeli Zionists.

Abu Al-Atta added that Palestinian fighters only target military and security systems, which are legal and legitimate targets.

"Evidence in the form of videos, field reports, dozens of testimonies and photographic documentation confirms that Palestinian fighters avoided harming civilians and children," he stressed.

The latest evidence is the release of a mother and her child who were taken into custody a few days ago, by Palestinian fighters, he said.

"To date, Israeli Zionist aggression has killed more than 1,200 Palestinian civilians, including more than 300 children and 200 women, while 5,600 others have been injured, including more than 1,200 children and more than 1,000 women," Abu Al-Atta explained.

In addition, the YPSP director pointed out that the Israeli attack has also killed paramedics.

"Paramedics who came to help and transport victims of Israeli attacks also became victims of Israeli attacks," he noted.

In carrying out its attacks that killed Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip, Israel used internationally prohibited weapons, Abu Al-Atta said, adding that currently dozens of civilians, including children, women and the elderly, are still trapped under the rubble. thousands of buildings were destroyed.

Abu Al-Atta further said these Israeli Zionist crimes are supported and legalized by Israel's 'crime' law which allows the killing of captives, as described in the Hannibal Protocol.

“This kind of practice already occurred in August 2014, when more than 300 Palestinian civilians were killed. Currently, the 'Scorched Earth' policy is being used again by Israel for the same purpose," he remarked.

He went on to say that at a time when Israel is practicing massacre against the Palestinian people, it is very unfortunate that a number of countries are adopting the Zionist false and fake narratives, and ignoring the facts witnessed by the world through live broadcasts.

The foundation thus called on the whole world to take up its responsibility to prevent Israel from targeting civilians, and asked to support the struggle of the Palestinian people who are struggling to free themselves from the most terrible occupation in the world.
