Indonesian humanitarian figures reject normalization ties with Zionist Israel

Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – The Humanitarian Aqsa Working Group (AWG) held an International Conference to Defend Palestinian Women Prisoners in Jakarta on Thursday (March 17) and produced the Tjoet Meutia Declaration.

The declaration of Tjoet Meutia made on March 17, 2022, is essentially a form of concern for the fate of Palestinian female prisoners and children and emphasizes the need for international attention to the humanitarian problems occurring in Palestine.

The content of the Tjoet Meutia Declaration is, firstly, calling for the unity and integrity of the movement of all factions in Palestine as a source of strength for resistance against the Israeli Zionist brutal actions against Palestinian women and children.

Secondly, it is initiating the formation of an alliance of non-governmental organizations on a national, regional and international scale for the defense of Palestinian women and children.

Thirdly, it is calling on the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the World Parliament to reject the normalization of relations with Israel.

Fourthly, it is calling on the millennial generation to increase awareness of the Palestinian issue and optimize the potential and progress of information technology to oppose all kinds of Zionist Israel propaganda as a form of support for the struggle for the liberation of Al-Aqsa and Palestine.

Fifthly, it is inviting all women to consistently support the Palestinian people, especially Palestinian women.

Sixthly, it is condemning the violations of Human Rights (HAM) committed by the Zionist Israel against Palestinian women and children prisoners and the murabitah (female guards of Al-Aqsa).

Seventhly, it is inviting all Muslim women to instill the education of the Quran and hadiths as well as the history of Palestine to their children from an early age as the basis of love for the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestine.

Eighthly, it is calling on international advocates to participate in defending Palestinian women and children prisoners by fighting for their rights that are violated by the Zionist Israel while they are in prison.
