Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 rocked Indonesia’s North Sulawesi province on Sunday, but no damage or casualties were reported, the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) said.
The agency also did not issue any tsunami warning due to the earthquake.
The quake occurred at 8:03 am local time, with the epicenter at 69 kilometers southwest of Siau Regency Tagulandang Biaro Islands district and a depth of 255 km below the seabed, the agency said.
