Bogor, West Java (Indonesia Window) – Until the end of August 2021, Indonesia has secured 217,936,360 doses of COVID-19 vaccines, consisting of 153,900,280 doses in bulk and 64,036,080 doses of ready-to-use products.
A press release from the state-owned pharmaceutical company Bio Farma on Wednesday (Sep. 1) stated that in September 2021, Indonesia will receive additional 25 million doses of ready-to-use CoronaVac 2 vaccine, and additional vaccines either through the Covax/Gavi multilateral scheme, bilateral basis and donations from other countries.
So that the total availability of vaccines in Indonesia in September was expected to reach more than 70 million doses.
