Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – The Saudi government plans to complete the national vaccination program against the coronavirus fully before the end of 2021, said Minister of Commerce and Acting Minister of Media Majed Al-Qasabi.
“We plan to complete the immunization of all Saudi citizens and expatriates before the end of the current year,” he said while attending a periodic government communication briefing in Riyadh on Wednesday (March 31), according to the Saudi Gazette.
As of Thursday, Saudi Arabia records 390,007 positive cases of COVID-19 with 6,669 deaths.
Meanwhile, 378,083 patients have been recovered, and 5,255 are still under medical care.
