Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – The eldest son of Indonesia’s West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil, Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz (22) who was dragged by the current of the Aare river in Bern, Switzerland, has not been found until the fourth day of searching.

The Swiss SAR team is still searching for Eril, the nickname of Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz, on the fourth day in clear weather conditions around the search location and when the Aare river’s current is not strong.

Ridwan Kamil’s younger brother, Elpi Nazmuzaman, told reporters at the city hall (locally known as Gedung Sate) in Bandung City, West Java, on Monday, that the search was carried out using drones and boats by authorities in Switzerland accompanied by his family and the Indonesian Embassy in Switzerland.

On this occasion, Elpi expressed his gratitude to the Indonesian Ambassador and the Indonesian Embassy in Switzerland, the West Java Provincial Government, and all residents who offered their prayers and support for Ridwan Kamil’s family.

Ridwan Kamil is still in Switzerland to directly monitor the search operation for Eril, who was swept away by the current of the Aare river in the city of Bern on May 26, 2022.
