Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – The uniqueness and richness of the taste of Indonesian coffee has attracted exhibition visitors who wanted to taste the delicious coffee at the Indonesian booth during the Food Week exhibition on June 13-16, 2022 at Uzexpocenter, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
On this occasion, the Indonesian Embassy in Tashkent together with the country’s holding company PT Kapal Api Global served instant coffee Good Day and Santos Capuccino at the Indonesian booth, Indonesia’s Foreign Affairs Ministry said in a written statement received here on Monday.
Other products that were also exhibited were ground coffee Kapal Api, and Excelso with various variants, including Aceh Gayo, Kalosi Toraja, Mandailing, Java and Luwak, in addition to candy product Relaxa and Lovy Coffeechino biscuit.
The products displayed were in line with the tastes of the local market, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, adding that Indonesia’s participation in the exhibition resulted in an agreement to import four containers of instant coffee to Uzbekistan.
The Indonesian Embassy in Tashkent continues to penetrate the market for Indonesia’s flagship products through participation in various exhibitions.
These efforts are expected to make Indonesia’s best products, especially coffee, better known to the people of Uzbekistan, and to increase opportunities for cooperation in the trade sector between the two countries.
