Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – Indonesia received 207,000 doses of ready-to-use AstraZeneca vaccine from the Dutch government, which is the 49th phase of delivery, through Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang district, Banten province, on Saturday.

With the arrival of the vaccine made by the British-Swedish multinational company, the total amount of vaccines that have been received by Indonesia, both in the ready-to-use form and in bulk, is around 220.4 million doses.

In addition to ensuring the availability of vaccines, the government continues to invite people to actively participate in dealing with the pandemic by using the PeduliLindungi application.

The PeduliLindungi system aims to strengthen the tracking and anticipation of further spreads of COVID-19, by guaranteeing the security of users’ data because it uses technology that is constantly being developed and updated.
