COVID-19 – 3,604 Indonesians abroad testing positive

Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – A total of 24 more Indonesians aboard have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total cases in this group to 3,604, according to the Foreign Ministry on Monday.

The ministry state that of the new cases, 14 were reported in Cambodia, five in Vatican City, three in Kuwait, one each in Britain and Taiwan.

In addition, 16 overseas Indonesians have recovered from the corona virus infection, and all were reported in Cambodia, bringing the total recoveries to 2,713 or 75,3 percent of the accumulative cases in this group.

However, an Indonesian who lives in Kuwait has died of COVID-19, bringing the death toll in this group to 172.

Meanwhile, 719 Indonesians out of the country are still under medical treatment.
