Internal policy of Heydar Aliyev has brought stability to Azerbaijan, while his foreign policy served as the basis for the recognition of the country as reliability and respectful partner at the international arena.
Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – The Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan has commemorated the 100th anniversary of Hayder Aliyev as the conclusion of a series of events including the release of postal stamps and the provision of an outstanding student of Bakrie University (a private university in capital Jakarta).
“Our main goal is to raise public awareness among the Indonesian society about the role of Haydar Aliyev in the development of modern Azerbaijan,” Azerbaijan Ambassador to Indonesia Jalal Mirzayev said in his speech in Jakarta, Friday evening (Dec. 22).
Ambassador of Turkiye to Indonesia Talip Kucukcan, and former Indonesian Ambassador to Bulgaria Bunyan Saptomo also attended the event which presented a musical performance by Ms Tunar Manafzade, a pianist and singer.
“Together with Indonesian friends, we commemorate with deep respect and reverence the dear memory of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, the founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, an outstanding politician and statesman Heydar Aliyev,” Ambassador Mirzayev added.
Heydar Aliyev is a historic personality, the creator and architect of the independent statehood of Azerbaijan. The greatness and infinite legacy, as well as great role of Heydar Aliyev in the history of Azerbaijan are being more deeply realized over the years.
“Thanks to his comprehensive reforms, Azerbaijan has turned into modern and dynamically developing strong country,” he said.
According to him, Heydar Aliyev’s internal policy has brought stability to Azerbaijan, while his foreign policy served as the basis for the recognition of the country as reliability and respectful partner at the international arena.
“Due to Heydar Aliyev’s wisdom and strategic outlook for the future, today people of Azerbaijan live in a free, democratic, and law-governed country, ” the ambassador said.
