Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – A total of 24,212,024 Indonesians have received the full doses of vaccines against the novel coronavirus until Monday (Aug. 9), according to the national COVID-19 task force.
Data from the task force received here on Monday stated that this figure includes additional 434,701 recipients of the second doses of COVID-19 vaccines.
Meanwhile, a total of 50,630,315 people have received the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccines.
The Indonesian government is now targeting 208,265,720 people to be vaccinated in order to form herd immunity to prevent the further spread of the novel coronavirus that originated from Wuhan in China.
